Known Issues in 3.2.0 beta version

As with every iTop major version, some stuff are not yet finalized and we are aware (see the list below) and for some we are not aware, and in that case don't hesitate to tell us in the SourceForge Forum or to our support team (for Combodo customers).

We had to upgrade the embedded library which is handling the edition of HTML fields in iTop. Because the version 5.x is very different from the previous one, some features are not yet stabilized

• Full screen in portal, goes really in full screen and is not limited within the browser window
• Full screen in console remains within the browser window (as before)
• Impossible to use from a pop-up window (as before)
• Show source breaks full screen mode when used in a transition
• Ckeditor text is unreadable in dark mode

• Copying a case log adds a background color impossible to remove
• When editing a ticket with the case log wide open (and the action buttons “Apply”… folded) the text input in the case log is lost when clicking on “Apply” (or any other action in the popup menu like Assign, Close…)

• Impossible to give the focus to the url pop-up field in beta version ⇒ Edit the HTML source to create or modify a URL, or rely on the web browser to display a url text as a link (Chrome)

• Grid missing in read mode
• Border missing in portal
• Resizing can lead to large table with a fixed size, thus generating columns overlapping ⇒ Manually removing the fixed width of the table tag in HTML, fixes the issue
• Table behavior between full screen, windowed and display in ticket

• Syntax highlighting is not working consistently between back-office et portal
• Tips: To enter data under a code block, press enter tree times

• In portal, automatic resizing does not preserve image ratio, as only the width is modified
• Inline image in case log goes in front of the transition buttons
• When inserting a picture in the case log the text doesn't always goes below.

• Drop down list is not limited to the OQL scope defined in the configuration file.

• Image coming from email are not resized, thus can easily generate columns overlap in object edition
• 2 blanks lines are imported between each paragraph

• Alias in dashlet OQL no longer works
• Dashlet group by hour not working
• Dashlet date time format too long
• Dashlet group by display object id instead of friendlyname

• Stimuli are generating warning due to deprecate API
