End User Documentation

The end-user documentation is made of two different parts:

• The generic part describing the different actions which can be performed through the iTop user interface: connecting to the application, managing objects and lists, creating shourtcuts, edting dashboards… This documentation is very generic and applies to all the elements managed in iTop.
• The data model part describes the different types of objects managed inside iTop. This part does not take into account the modifications performed by your own customizations of iTop. Therfore this part of the documentation can be considered as a blueprint of the actual documentation that you may want to provide to your end-users.
