Emails and ticketing

Use the notifications to inform iTop agents of incoming requests, and customers when the requests has just been processed

Filter out user requests by putting in place an approval process that does not require approvers to have a login in iTop.

Benefit from both the simplicity of email exchanges and the power of a ticketing system by combining Create & update tickets from eMails and Reply to eMails.
